A gripping sci-fi thriller set in a utopian near-future, where a revolutionary organ donor program pushes the boundaries of science, ethics, and humanity.

Dr. Joseph Murray leads Pacific West Labs' breakthrough "Donor" program — biologically engineered torsos grown from a patient's own DNA to provide perfect, rejection-free organ replacements. But when the Donors begin showing signs of sentience, and a shadowy military figure sets his sights on weaponizing them, Dr. Murray faces an impossible choice: protect his creations or follow orders.

"What I most appreciate about this science fiction novel is that A.B. Ruiz has set it in a utopian future. So many books in this genre are dystopian, and while there is evil in this book, the world where it's set is highly desirable." — Readers' Favorite, 5 Stars
