A.B. Ruiz is a Puerto Rico–born storyteller, U.S. Navy veteran, and member of the Florida Authors and Publishers Association (FAPA) and the Florida Writers Association (FWA) who writes fantasy and science fiction rooted in the human experience. His stories combine imaginative worlds, unforgettable adventures, and emotionally rich characters, exploring themes of identity, resilience, hope, and the quiet moments that reveal what people are truly made of.

After serving 20 years in the U.S. Navy and spending 15 years in the corporate world, A.B. turned a lifelong passion for storytelling into a second career as an author. His novels are known for their fast-paced action, unexpected twists, memorable characters, and heartfelt emotional depth, inviting readers to escape into extraordinary worlds while discovering something meaningful about themselves along the way.

Now based in Tampa, Florida, A.B. continues to create stories that balance wonder with emotional truth. When he isn't writing, he enjoys playing guitar, spending time with his family and their dogs, and connecting with readers and fellow writers.
